How We Can Help With Your Commercial Construction Project

We provide a wide range of basic commercial services. Our format is AutoCAD 2011 LT. We can provide digital PDF files and print sizes up to Architectural D size (24x36).

DRAFTING FOR OTHER DESIGN PROFESSIONALS: We can provide full or supplemental drafting services to your design company in the event you do not have the in-house manpower to complete a project. We can use your standard cad layers or ours. We can also use your standard border if required.

AS-BUILT DRAWINGS: We can provide full size Architectural D size as-built drawings for commercial projects. We only require the AutoCAD backgrounds (original design drawings) and the mark-ups by your company. We will also provide the AutoCAD file with the as-builts overlaid onto them on CD.

We will put your company logo in the border so it appears you have this service in-house.

QUANTITY TAKE OFFS: We can provide quantity take offs for most disciplines for construction estimates if necessary.

SHOP DRAWINGS: We can provide shop drawings required for submittals to design professionals and owners. If necessary, we can draft a formal transmittal letter and send it as an Adobe PDF on your behalf.

FLOOR PLANS: We can provide simple floor plans for existing office spaces, storage areas, rental spaces, houses, or any other structures. We will perform field measurements and can provide the plan in PDF format and hard copies. We can also provide colored floor plans for advertising and promotions. If necessary, we have affiliate companies who specialize in this area.

RECREATION OF DOCUMENTS INTO AUTOCAD: We can convert old sets of blueprints and plans that do not have an AutoCAD file to accompany them. We can convert them to PDF drawings as well. Where necessary, we will perform field verification to ensure accuracy of the drawings and to see if any changes have been made since the original drawing was produced.
